Repairing and maintaining walls, windows and shutters of your house

The passage of time, and occasionally some construction defects, can lead to time on issues that affect the proper functioning and appearance of your home. Therefore should be checked every 3 to 6 months indoors and outdoors, and check that everything is in perfect condition (cracks, leaks, breaks, etc).


Within the structure of the house are the walls and enclosures (doors, windows and shutters) that more easily show the defects that may occur. This takes note of the solutions we offer below:

Cracks.

Corners.

The old wooden models often have air filtration problems, resulting in loss of heat or cold with consequent extra expenditure of energy (heating or air conditioning). A very effective solution to this problem (if you want to change blind), is to line the inside with fiberglass and apply a waterproof layer that closes any pores of the wood.
